libitpp-dev software package provides C++ library of signal processing and communication routines: Headers, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libitpp-dev
libitpp-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libitpp-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libitpp-dev *
You will get with libitpp-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
